SOMEONE.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective September 17, 2026.
Canceling Plus
You may cancel a Plus subscription at any time using the existing account billing controls or Stripe Customer Portal, or contact us for help. Cancellation stops future renewal. Access may continue through the end of the already-paid billing period according to the subscription implementation. Unless required by applicable law, cancellation does not automatically refund charges already paid.
Subscription payments already charged
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law, for duplicate or unauthorized charges, verified billing/payment errors, or another circumstance where Go Find Someone determines a refund is appropriate. We do not promise automatic or prorated refunds.
Tonight Pass
Tonight Pass is a one-time purchase. It is generally non-refundable after activation, use or delivery of the purchased benefit, except where required by law or where a verified technical/payment problem prevented delivery of the purchased benefit.
Extra Today
Extra Today is a one-time purchase. It is generally non-refundable after the additional purchased benefit has been revealed, activated, consumed or otherwise delivered. If a verified technical/payment failure prevented delivery, you may request a refund review.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Contact Go Find Someone at billing@gofindsomeone.com or +1 (202) 670-8716 about duplicate or unauthorized charges. We will review them and refund where appropriate. Contact your payment provider promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your payment method.
Requesting a review
For billing questions or refund review requests, email billing@gofindsomeone.com or call +1 (202) 670-8716 with the charge date, amount, relevant receipt and a description of the issue. Do not share full card numbers, security codes or sign-in links. A request is not confirmation that a refund has been approved.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
