Adults and consent
Only adults age 18 or older may use Go Find Someone. Respect consent and personal boundaries. A match, message, subscription or date is never consent to sexual activity or unwanted contact.
Prohibited abuse and exploitation
Human trafficking, sex trafficking, and sexual exploitation of any kind are strictly prohibited. Child sexual exploitation or abuse, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law. Sexual violence, sexual coercion, and non-consensual sexual activity are strictly prohibited. Non-consensual sexual content, including sharing, threatening to share, or requesting intimate images without consent, is strictly prohibited. Sexually explicit profile content, including nudity or sexually explicit photos, videos, or descriptions in a profile, message, or anywhere else on the service, is strictly prohibited. Prostitution, escort services, and solicitation or facilitation of commercial sexual services are strictly prohibited. Scams and fraudulent activity intended to defraud users, including romance scams, financial exploitation, and cryptocurrency or investment schemes, are strictly prohibited. Harassment, threats, stalking, abuse, intimidation, impersonation, and other unlawful activity are also prohibited. You must not aid, abet, facilitate, encourage, promote, organize, assist, or support any prohibited conduct. This prohibition includes aiding, abetting, facilitating, encouraging, promoting, organizing, assisting, or supporting prohibited abuse or exploitation, on or through the service.
Honest and respectful participation
Use accurate identity and profile information. Do not request money from connections through scams, promote investment or cryptocurrency schemes, distribute unwanted explicit content, discriminate or threaten people, expose private information, evade blocks or moderation, automate abusive activity, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
Reporting and enforcement
Report concerns through available profile, conversation or date safety tools, or contact us. You can block another person. Go Find Someone may review reports, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve relevant records. We may cooperate with lawful authorities and report conduct when legally required or permitted. A report is not an emergency dispatch request.
